About Steve
Join Steve Hill SOMA Master breathwork instructor and coach to take your training to the next level.
After a 35 year journey through various martial arts, spiritual practices and an immersion into SOMA Breath, he practices and shares the benefits of conscious breathing techniques for optimal performance and well-being.
Steve is an author of ‘JOLT Challenge’ the Self Intelligence Experience and expert in many different fields of human potential. He is also a natural biohacker, always looking for ways to increase his potential as a person from which he can share with others.
Steve is constantly studying the emerging science validating what the indigenous and ancient wisdoms taught us all along about the human condition.
Since 2018 he has facilitated workshops, classes, 1-on-1 sessions, retreats and festivals through his work as a SOMA Breath Master Instructor and coach.

Important Information:
• Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early for a 10 am start
• Restrain from big meals 60 mins beforehand as it can be uncomfortable to breath with a full stomach. Tea and water is ok.
• Wear casual, comfortable clothes. Exercise clothing optional.
• Bring a water bottle

• chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III)
• chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation or terminal illness
• individual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency
• cancer, unless IHT is prescribed by a doctor
• epilepsy, pacemakers or heart arrhythmias, unless treatment (including IHT) is under direct medical supervision.
